I need a haircut!
I'm brassic, skint or as the politically corrupt sorry politically correct would say 'financially emabarrassed'...so how to....get a haircut??
Get some blunt scissors and do a DIY job? Don't think so, as I would quite like to leave the house within the next 8 weeks!
